The Humakti gift/geas all appear to follow the pattern "reject something/ gain its opposite" (not followed by the other gift/geas cults). Thus I'd say it is in the same class as "no ressurection/reusable Sever Spirit", a great death power by dening a great life power.

Absolutely not. Never. (Unless illuminated). Even if offered a true Humakti would reject it, lesser humakti would accept it and lose the gift.

I base this on a fanatical humakti I once played with that gift on her two-handed sword who lost her right arm. I had to start off left handed sword attack at -10% (not enough STR). I also had to convince a sympathetic GM that Regrow Limb counted as magical healing...
