She was in Griffin Mountain, a sadly long-out-of-print Gloranthan campaign sourcebook. A lost and forgotten god, found trapped between standing stones somewhere in the Elder Wilds (NE of Dragon Pass, E of the Elf Sea, and not as troll-infested then as later sources have implied). Player characters were encouraged to develop her cult by themselves, within parameters.

Most of them participate in the usual Dara Happan or Pelorian midwinter rites, of course, while a small select band of heroes embark on the Kalikos Icebreaker mission to beat back the gods of Storm and Ice and help make the winter less severe. Probably there is a Lunar mystical "rebirth" of some kind as the cycle turns from increasing Darkness back to increasing Light: the fact that Midwinter's Day falls on Fireday of *Illusion* Week in Dark Season makes this very likely indeed. But the basic ceremony is likely to be Yelmic or agrarian, not Lunar per se.
