Way back when Cults of Prax came out (or was it Cults of Terror?), the book contained promotional blurbs for the forthcoming Lunar Cults book, available "soon". This was something like 15 years ago. As you are no doubt aware, "soon" hasn't come yet. We don't even have officially published writeups for each of the Seven Mother cults yet, for Goddess' sake! We know more about Troll culinary practices than we do about the Lunar Empire.
The publication of RQ3 resulted in a wave of re-edited RQ products being released, and I fear something similar will happen with the new Glorantha game. So my plea is to not focus exclusively on Sartar and Prax. I may not wait another 15 years.
Likewise, inclusion of detailed Orlanthi cultural background in the main rulebook would reinforce the existing Orlanthi bias. I would prefer it to have an overview of the cultures of Glorantha, with a Sartar sourcebook published separatly. And don't forget the Lunars this time.
