Certainly. There are many Orlanthi in the interior provinces and Heartlands. Lots of Lunarized Orlanthi live in Tarsh and Scylilla, and some in Aggar and Talastar. They've been Lunar for hundreds of years.

Those ARE mainline Orlanthi, where they live. SARTARITE or Praxian Orlanthi may treat them as traitors, but they would first have to know thwm well enough to discover they were Orlanthi...
