Indeed -- especially since there are acutally *more* bug worshippers in Yolp (which is reasonably close to Carmania) than in Dakori Inkarth -- 9% vs. 5% of the troll population. So there would likely be the occasional monstrous bug, escaped from the trolls and breeding in the wild.
