Well, in the sense that Godunya is a dragon, and himself on the throne, and is friendly, or at least tolerant, of himself, I suppose this would be correct. ;-)

I understood you to be asking if Godunya "was" a True Dragon, or "was" the representative of a True Dragon, not about whether the Kralori perspective was correct or not. That the Kralori perspective may be somewhat 'incompatible' with that of the (western) dragonewts, I find myself somewhat untroubled by this, as each of their worldviews is almost _completely_ incompatible with most entities who are neither Kralori or draconic, who would file the opinions and practices of either under 'a right bunch of Nut Loops or similar cereal'. As to which of these many incompatible views is correct, I'd suggest that they all are.

BTW, you seem to imply Greg's some stripe of cultural relativist, which I suspect he'd deny rather strongly.
