Interesting thought. While I'm not aware of an explicit dreaming construction in Kralorelan cosmology, such nonsense can never be ruled out when we're dealing with mysticism (schmysticism!). I'm not 100% certain that Kralorelans necessarily see Dream Dragons in the same way as they are in the west, either, but don't quote me either way on that one.
One place that _does_ have this dreaming business in spades is the East Isles, so if one takes a 'recombinant' approach to eastern mysticism, and applies EI viewpoint to Kralorelan facts on the ground, then one might end up with... well, I'm not sure what exactly, but it sounds like a entertaining stunt to attempt, at least.

I assure you the East has plenty of Mystical BS of its own, little need to import any from Peloria. ;-) (Indeed historically it seems to generally have been the reverse, rather in keeping with Greg's GLised Four Directions = Four Modes of Magic wheeze.)
Cheers,
Alex.
