Milk antelope

Ok, I can accept this. On the idea of a milk antelope might I suggest the Eland (Taurotragus oryx)? This is a large african antelope (up to 2000lb) that is now raised in Siberia (!) plus some in Texas I believe. Semi-domesticated eland are used for both milk and meat. They are quite beautiful and more than a little intimidating to come across in the velt.

Ohmygod - have I restarted the great moose debate - it seems that Eland is the Dutch name for moose (Alces alces) <shudder>.
