In My Glorantha, (and I can't now remember if I took this from earlier sources or not) he is his own Victim. Seeking a path to immortality that didn't involve murdering his own Soul he tried transferring his Self into another body, either stolen from another or created, and found that he had merely managed to shift himself into an animated and decaying corpse. He now keeps shifting himself, immortal but undead, into new Creations and new acquisitions, enjoying himself for the brief while before the new body starts to Go Off. He's got what he wanted but at a terrible price.

What he wouldn't give for the piece on Unmelting Kero Fin Ice that appears as a magic item in KoDP....

Speaking of which, does anyone have any idea what that dratted dragon does who comes and asks you what the most important Orlanthi virtue is?
