I like Martin Laurie. I like his story telling skills. I don't even mind when he writes stories that take place in the Greydog village. Regardless of all that, I dislike the concept behind a character like Onslaught. Martin can write as many stories about him as he likes, and certainly doesn't take any of his creative cues from me, but I can't really see someone like Onslaught appearing in any game where I had any say over what is used and what isn't. I also get the feeling that Martin likes to pull Onslaught out of his sheath on occasion at least partly because the character really winds a large number of people up. After all, negative attention is usually better than no attention at all.
Now all we need to really round things out is a return to the "kill Onslaught off" thread from a while back.
