Probably not, since it involves fire. But they are masters of genetic engineering, and can grow plants in almost any shape. (Possibly they have to feed the roots of a sword tree with raw bronze...)

Given elfesense, I think they may not need to live so communally -- they are communal in their forest. But I do see them having living treehouses.

Sacred groves you mean? I'm sure they exist. I doubt they build temples.
