It is mentioned in the text of page 79 (Fronela Chapter), but was only not included on the map.
The Glorantha book is what it says on the cover "Introduction to the Hero Wars" and so are not all minor places mentioned on the maps (or the text). Only the most important regions for the first decade of the Hero Wars appear in their full beauty.

Charg WILL have itīs role in the Hero Wars, be sure.
And NO, i donīt know what will be there when the ban is liftet.
