It works for me. This looks thought out and well written. You lead me to ask a couple of questions.
Do all pantheons include TKT?
If so, what happens to the Grey Sisters in those pantheons that do not include Babeester Gor?
Can lay members perform the funeral rites in outlying areas where priestess are rare or hard pressed to travel? If the rites must wait on a priestess, then there may be a stack of dead to be tended. Maybe leading to traditional waiting periods before the dead can be buried.
