Terra Incognita:

>I think many local color cultures of each Kralorelan Provinces are not
>pioneered but should be distinguished as in Lunar Empire-like densely
>populated Land.

I agree. There wasn't enough space to do it however. I don't think the Emperors are associated with a province however. Instead each emperor is associated with an order of Sages that is strong in some places and weak in others.

Thus the Mandarins (associated with Mikaday) might be fairly strong in most provinces but are weak in Boshan or Kaisen.

>Siyang: This Area is influenced from many foreign "distasteful" source
>transmitted Great Waste, Ignorance and Koromandol.

The Great Waste intrudes into Kralorela near the Iron Forts.

>(I once thought [Kuchawn] city is positioned to
>Hanjan rather than Siyang: Kralorelan Yuthuppa?

Shiyang province AFAIK is centred around the Kuwai River. Tzu Lung and (embarrassingly enough) Hsin Yin might not be part of Kralorela but the remnants of the Kingdom of Wisdom.

>Jaubon: Middle Area of Vaska Long, I think City Lokow is most magical
>city in Kralorela created from Dragon Egg Shell, Hero Luy Wi also made
>Iron Forts border of Great Wastes.

"different Luy Wi". It's my opinion that there were many heroes called Luy Wi and they all had better things to do then go around memorizing their bloody number (a Monty Python joke involving the Kings of France).

>Puchai: [...] IMHO Hsunchen influence is strong as I
>watch interval of Shan Shan and Lower Civilized Area of Kralorela in
>Puchai,

I do feel that the Hsunchen are gradually being pushed back or converted by the resurgent Kralori. A wild west atmosphere pervades here...

>Boshan: northern Area lay Iron Fort Protectrate, Swordmaster Imolo
>Wen and his relative house grip illegal power of this province and
>Sha Ming after he killed last Demon of Sheng Seleris legacy.

I don't think Imolo Wen himself rules (as Abbot of the Faithful Dragon School, he's pretty well out of personal power) but his family should treat Boshan as a personal fief. The local government is too weak to do anything because the Boshani have a long tradition of resistance to being ruled by Dragons.

The Boshani are turtle people (courtesy of Edward Lear and perhaps a dissolute drinking companion) and I think they fight in a Tetsudo formation (of which the only effective attack is a crossbow).

>Local God: Luy Wi Protector, Mikaday Lawmaker, Swordmaster Imolo
>Avatar

Luy Wi isn't a protector but rather a foreign conquerer.

>Hum Chang (Isle of Wonder, Yellow Emperor and August Dragon live
>here) RW China never made Center on Island, but Magical (and Mystical)
>Glorantha enables them to do such, but before Shang Hsa and False Dragon
>Ring without magical bridges, I can expect difficulty in connection and
>communication for divided two Areas.

Hum Chang used to be connected to the Mainland in the Dawn.

>Kaisen: Yellow Dragon himself ruled directly this Area,

I don't think Godunya rules anything (whether it be because of advanced wisdom or senility) these days. I think the province is dominated by the Eunuchs of the Imperial Palace instead.

>Kingdom of Ignorance

>Chern Durel: I don't know relation between Can Shu Office and Court of
>Dragon Emperor just before Hero Wars started, but I think he don't want to
>inform them his real ambition before he perfectly ready to starting
>Rebellion.

He's not rebelling as Chern Durel lies outside the borders of Kralorela.
