We've had two examples that spring to mind:
Clubfoot 6 - which acts as a -6 edge for anything involving fast movement (and occasonally personal appearance). This one is a handicap and can't be resolved without major magic.
Paranoid 3w - which is rolled as an augment or a penalty on occassion by the narrator or as an additional resistance whenever trust is required by. The high level means its very difficult to overcome and the player is a little concerned. Its come in useful on _occasion_ but on the whole, its been a burden. He acquired it while on heroquest.
