I do! Sometimes the Flaws are my favourite things about my characters. I like playing to my characters' weaknesses. :)

I try to do this. Sometimes, it's using a Flaw (or any other ability) as a plot hook - like when I had one of Nevana's many children turn up as an NPC in our game. Sometimes it's pondering how a particular character's foibles will affect the flow/outcome of a particular scene/encounter.

I don't remember all the flaws, all of the time. Some of them, some of the time is enough of a target for me. But it does help.
