Umm, not quite a cougar's upper range only reaches 103 kilos which isn't quite 250 lbs. A male jaguar only hits 250 lbs at its upper range. Jaguars like tigers, love water unlike the rest of the cats.
Compare that to a male Siberian tiger which can hit 306 kg or a male lion which can reach 260 kg!
