Yes, well almost. If he had Greal Wall Leap and wanted to leap a 5W5 wall thats a resistance of 14. Great Leap is probably modded by -5 or -10 appropriateness for most things because its not specific enough.

Magic and mundane abilities operate on different premises in this regard. If I had a mundane Leap Wall ability I wouldnt expect much, if any penalty for using it to leap a cliff since theres little functional difference from a mundane leaping points of view. However a Wall Leaping magic ability should be at a significant penalty when used against a cliffe.

Whether or not a Leap Cliffe ability were penalised when used to leap Cliffe Richard is left as an excercise for the reader.
