Lawspeakers

I've got a question about the Lawspeaker keyword. My problem is that lawspeaker seems like an advanced occupational keyword. Isn't lawspeaker a very specific position on the clan ring? Wouldn't sage, or something to that effect, be a better basic keyword, making lawspeaker an advanced 'political' occupation? The two keywords would have the same relation as the god-talker and priest keywords.

A bonus rules question: if Joe Thane (5w) and Ola Cottar (17) is fighting Harrek (10w4). Wouldn't Ola survive longer than Joe? Joe would have a skill of 5 against harreks 10w3. Harrek gets a critcal of course, while Joe probably fails: transfer x2. While fighting Ola Harrek gets his full 10w4 against Olas 17. Harrek again gets a crit, while Ola probably gets a success: transfer x1. So even if Joe has got more AP to lose than Ola he will fall soner since he'll probably lose twice as many APs.

Now this is an extreme example, but it seems to me that there are occations when a lesser skill is advantageous. Is this correct?

Ha en god dag!
