Unless the character has concentrated in another magic and they are the right "type" (e.g. for a Theist, Feats). Unfortunately it's Flesh Man magic which seems to be all Talents

Or augment someone else.

Nothing springs to mind - perhaps, again, it's used to augment someone else.
