I like your analysis, and it is certainly one of the problems that Lunar Missionaries would face when bringing the Goddess's message of Inclusion to the Unhealed.

A little more about concentration:
Concentration for Orlanthi usually implies focusing one's soul on the Godplanes, namely the Storm Realm. By making sacrifices and finding personal devotion for Orlanth and his pantheon, the worshipper is granted Affinities and Feats.

Concentration on the Lunar Way implies connecting to the Red Moon, which is its own Otherworld all together. The fact that Lunars seem to combine other forms of magic in unison is viewed by them as superiority of their Way. To the Orlanthi (and many other Gloranthans) however, it's just another sign that the Lunars are allied with Lying Chaos.
