That's the way I see it. Spiritists and Practitioners can only binds spirits of their own Tradition and Practise into charms and fetishes. A shaman is released from those strictures, though remember that spirits in fetishes have a *friendship* with the practitioner, if you don't work at it and keep them happy they'll leave him.
