Simon among others raises the 'issue' of making players afraid for
their characters/increasing ther failure factor. I suspect Simon has
thought of this, but I suspect options around how hero points work
could help here:
- Don't allow hero points to bump
- Don't allow hero points to bump successful rolls
- Make players pre-spend hero points
Hero Points represent an insurance policy for players, take them away
or limit them and you increase the fear factor.
