Pyrrhic Victories might be a touch too drastic. Investigators would constantly be going irrevocably insane.
Instead, consider that all occurences of mind-blasting mythos horror are too much for the human mind to cope with, meaning that no matter what ability you use, it should be considered a Stretch.
