Actually I don't know if there is anything stopping you doing both since they are applied in different ways.
Risky Gambit is just for a single exchange where as Pyrrhic Combat just effects the end result.
Take what fits the situation best.  

I my view normal berserk would be a Risky Gambit. A Humakti doing a Death Song Berserk in the final battle in a campaign would be another story.
