Is this HQ2? I am not aware of this book...

I still didn't even finish the book (ok, I read it before, but didn't play, so I forgot most of it...) - Does it cover mass combat?

This are the three things I'm interested the most in a good RPG system - Lovecraftianism, Magic and Mass Combat. I don't know why. But I'm guessing this one's gonna tackle everything
