When I enqured, Issaries has mentioned that they are were not interested in putting variant rulesets on the offical site. They have no problem with folks putting variant rules on other sites. However its possible that some industrious soul can at least try to accumulate these little nuggets and I'd be happy to put them on the Herowars list as well as here (though that's really Invisible Steve's job)
