Not IMO - the issue is physical. It's pretty easy to narrate a 20w4 intelligence, becuase everyone knows it is oincomprehensible and invisible. With Strong, you get all the stuff about physical size and the like, and I believe this also needs to adress horses and the like, considering the amount of traffic about mounts in GlorWar.
