I don't know how many will be interested in this, but as I run my game in finnish, I don't like using english names like Jonstown or Boldhome if I can help it. For Sartar I've been translating such names into Old Norse, since that's what seems to be the inspiration of stormtongue. (at least for me). Thanks to Bo Ros�n for helping me.
Boldhome : Hvatrheim (or bravarheim)
Swenstown : Swensborg
Jonstown : Jonsborg
Wilm's Church : Wilmshof
And so on. Good for the atmosphere, I think.
