At the risk of stating the obvious, bulk items are usually 'staples produced here which are cool somewhere else'

A lot of the things mentioned in other posts are 'one off' items. While useful, a merchant might not make his whole cargo single things.

Wine - such as clearwine in amphorae or barrels. Wine will travel. Ale and mead won't.

Pottery - sacred Esrolian Greenware.
Copper and local crystal produced by a clan in bulk - its suddenly trendy in X and if you can get it there FIRST, you'll make a killing.

Rugs, peace or otherwise. The Aranwyth are famous for their rugs and wool goods. A rain-proof poncho would probably be worth a lot to someone from the rainy parts of the Holy Country or Teshnos.

Carvings and the like - locally produced luxury goods may be very worthwhile to transport elsewhere. Those Heortlings up in the mountains spend most of the winter carving and I think they can sell those at the spring fair in the local town (Runegate, frex)

Animal hides and furs are probably something that could be exported, particularly from Wulf's lands.

Special grains and the like are also metioned and are wonderful idea to get - of course, why will the priestess give the sacred seed to YOU? Exotic fruits, dried or preserved in oil. Apples, for example, might be highly prized in Kraloria by the mandrins.

Don't dwell too much on the exotic non-human goods... they are harder to get though its probably worth it as an adventure in itself.

Hope this helps!

Jeff
