Problem was Waha didn't ask, he just did it and botched the job frankly. Oh sure, he created a great Chaos swamp so every aspiring Waha Kahn can go in and prove his manhood. But unfortunately he created an insane river spirit and made Zola Fel the Praxian's enemy.
