It's where the Stormwalkers (in HW terms, they would be Storm Lords/ Disciples of Orlanth Thunderous) hang out. I imagine it's still pretty much uncrackable despite the Lunar Invasion but when Orlanth kicks the bucket, it will be a walkover.
