This is my understanding, and reminds me of a question. If a specific shrine/holy place/temple/whatever is the source of a specific 'special' feat... how? Do the worshippers there keep the 'path' to that myth secret? Is the site itself linked in a way no other can be (likely, especially for places like birth/death places of heroes, etc)?
If the latter, I can understand why no-one can 'spread the word' and reach that myth and learn that feat from elsewhere. Is this the 'universal' explanation? That the site itself has a link from the mundane to the myffik?
