Uroxi sense Chaos-tainted/marked ?

All,
I just need little help on chaos-marked creatures and chaos-tainted creatures.

A chaos-tainted creature has an chaotic origin like ogres or a broos or many Telmori.
Few of them are chaos-marked with Thed gift/geas (chaos mutation) or else.

What is able to detect an uroxi ?
Both of them or only chaos-marked of them ?

I am not speaking about human perception (with their errors) but Uroxi's one with their special sense feel chaos.

Another question comes here: Is the Uroxi sense sure ?
