It's not that I don't care, but this poll isn't truthfully answerable to me beyond choosing the uninformative "None of the above." For one thing, there are different issues in my games when a player enters versus when a player exits. There are no choices that deal with that and, at the least, this poll would need to be split into two (player enters, player exits) for me to be able to answer.

For the edification of the poll requester: Player enters - character introduced as decided jointly by the narrator, the new player, and the existing players (narrator has more of a vote than the others, but is open to input). Player exits - character may or may not exit depending on the needs of the story, and the wishes of the narrator, the exiting player, and the other players (the narrator's wishes may again carry more weight). These two processes can be (and are in my games) more cooperative than the given choices.
