How? I've addressed kinstrife before:

I disagree. Certain cultures might have magical rituals to remove the accumulating chaos taint before it actually causes a chaos feature*. but I do not believe that mere cultural practices can confer resistance to chaotic acts.

I am sure that some military cultures at least have ::ceremony or rites that may slow down this process, and I am sure that there ::are a million justifications for it ("rape is very common"), but I assure ::you that in my Glorantha all soldiers are in danger of becoming broos for ::this action.
