Guardians of Order have *never* said anything about doing Tekumel for D20, and neither have the folks who are actually writing the Guardians of Order Tekumel game. All the playtest drafts and discussions of them have used a D10-based variant of the Tri-Stat system that powers BESM and Silver Age Sentinels.
