As a very basic rule of thumb, then, I might guess that the ethnic breakdown of Lunars in a given region is roughly similar to the ethnic breakdown of non-Lunars?

To pick a very simple example from the ILH (p. 30), Darjiin is listed as 65% Darjiini, 27% Dara Happan, and 8% Lunar. I'd estimate, then, that of the 8% Lunar population, 2/3 are ethnic Darjiini and 1/3 are ethnic Dara Happan.

Of course, I'm sure that ethnicity X (whatever it is; I just got my copy today, and haven't read it yet) is more likely to Lunarize than ethnicity Y, so grains of salt are appropriate....
