My first thought was how well it would fit a bunch of duel-mad Humakti in Nochet. Me not really being into Lunars.
(Though I don't know how Nochet and the Humakti there are viewed in the HW version of Glorantha. I haven't seen any mention of Lottery Swords in the Official publications as yet?)
