Yep - I think it was the Pavis Common Knowledge (PCK) booklet out of the Pavis Box, now part of Pavis/Big Rubble.

No handouts as such, but stuff for the players to read. PCK had scenario hints, but little or no spoilers.

Of course, since David thinks of producing such material, no problem there.
