Get yourself a copy of Ye Book of Tentacles iv and you will see them marked clearly on the Grazelands map on page 53. A map that not only covers the Grazelands but also the Black Horse County, Beast Valley, Southern Tarsh and the Red and Green Dragon Valleys.
The Smoking Ruin according to my map is in Hiia's Valley on a direct line between the Wild Temple and Queen's post, almost exactly half way. You don't want to go there, nasty burning things, draconic secrets and Black Spears, no, no, no, not for adventurers:-)
