I was charmed by a tale related to me by David Wanless, who will be known to many of the Aussies on the list.

He first introduced his stepsons to Glorantha when they did the washing up together of an evening. It was roleplaying-lite with an exploratory/educational bent. He asked them what sort of heroes they wanted to be, and where they wanted to go. He described the geography, and they told him what they wanted to do. The kids were Lunars, the locale was Pavis, and their prime activity seemed to be planting trees! (Again, if you know David, this is no surprise. :))
