In Borderlands and in King of dragon pass (computer game) we meet Beastmen in the look of Centaurs.

Given that stranger beast men are easily mistaken with broos or minotaurs (after Biturian Varosh), I would bet on Centaurs.

Ironhoof was a centaur, anyway.
