You might want to go unusual way----through Other Side of Dragon and Belastran Pass, but I don't recommend this.

Grazers might demand heavy toll or ambush you. I admit if you want to avoid the crusader-jihad flavour conflict between Heortling and Lunar, it might be safest.

Anyway, there isn't any way without danger in Dragon Pass, I assume.
