Babeester Gor and Vingans do not AFAIK lose their fertility. There are several Vingans/red women cited as parents in KoS (Heort's mother for example), while acolytes of Maran Gor (who has pretty much the same obsessions as her niece) have to sacrifice their male kids and dedicate females to Gors Maran or Babeester. Maran Gor Priestesses have to be celibate but I imagine that many of them suffer from repressed sexual yearnings and it is only the fear of the furies that keeps them untouched.

In the book, Tripitaka was male and not a eunuch. The actor that played him was female for some stylistic reason.
