Actually, the Genertela Book (as opposed to the Players book: Genertela) would hardly need any HQ re-writes at all - the main thing would be to make sure that the information is still Up-to-Date.
PB:G needs the last 10 or so pages re-done in Homeland Keyword format (and a bunch of those are already done in the main HQ rules). The first pages about the four cultures can stand alone for the most part - pretty much only the "Magic and religion" sections would need to be re-written to HQ (that, of course, is with a brief look at the material to refrsh my memory - it could need to be completely redone...)
Finally, the Genertelan Regions and Populations should probably just have the D100 rolls taken off the tables and just the bare percentages left.
It's not actually *that* much work - as long as files are available and someone doesn't have to re-type the whole thing...
The Glorantha Book would need to be looked at to makes sure it's "up to date" with curtrent thought.
