I think the coolest possibility is that no one could know beforehand
who would have to stay in Hell. Someone may have volunteered but it
may have turned out to have been anyone who had gone along even
potentially Argrath. (Wouldn't that have been a kicker:-))
Obviously as soon as Sheng's soul was in another's body that body was
remade in his image.
