Sorry about that. Stephen Martin confirms that he got the message at a bad time so that it got buried and forgotten in his inbox.
Stephen also asked me to write that PDF publishing of some products is under consideration. There will be an announcement in the near future.
Generally, Issaries headquarters tries to answer questions asked through the contact form as promptly as possible. But, there are glitches. This is not indication of lack of interest in your issues, so please ask again, or mention it on the mailing lists or make contact in some other way if you don't get any response where such is expected.
