It's not impossible.
Heck, assuming your culture will let you, you could be an Iinitiate, Practitioner *and* an Orderly or Adept all at the same time, (of course, you have used up 80% of your time & resources, but it's *theorectically* possible...). Just don't Concentrate your magic.
You;'ll note that the SS only teaches Common magic, which means that you'd lose all their magic but the two feats if you concentrated on theism. *If* the SS teaches cyclical magic (it doesn't *say* they do, and many Common Magic abilities taught by Lunars are *not* Cyclical ), then it is a different type of magic than Theism, Animism *or* Sorcery, and you'd lose *all* their common magic if you concentrated on theism.
