Update on status of ILH2?

Things do seem to have gone a bit quiet :(

However, this actually makes me feel a little better since I haven't received my promised GTA copy of ILH2 yet. I was beginning to think that I'd simply been forgotten... :)

This was the last word on the subject from Rick, on 12th July - which means that it's probably time we asked for another update...
